According to the suggestion from the Ranking Evaluation group, some secondary
indicators and their weight were adjusted in Ranking 2001. As for the
rest we apply the standard in 2000. The conversion method of secondary
indicators' weight is to multiply the primary indicator's weight by the
proportion of the secondary indicator to the primary one. For example,
the proportion of secondary indicator "Professor Ratio", to
indicator "Academic Standing", is 22%; then the converted weight
should be 20*22%=4.4.
